Karim C. Kronfli

Karim has been a professional performer for more than 20 years, originally working as a medieval entertainer. With plays and film added to his professional repertoire, Karim now loves directing as much as performing. Trained at City Lit in London after first working behind the microphone at BFBS, he specializes in narration and audio drama. He has a powerful and flexible voice, capable of delivering a wide range of characters.

Listeners may recognize as Karim as “Commander Taggart” from The Galaxy Quest Restoration Project, “Abaddon” from The Fall, various characters from The Byron Chronicles, and “Bruce Mercer” from A Scottish Podcast. He also breathes fire. (We’ve confirmed this.)

Tanja Milojevic

as Whitney

Tanja is a friendly, fun-loving personality who enjoys meeting new people, making friends, and being creative. Originally from Serbia, she’s lucky to be living in a city where transportation is easy and she can travel with her lovely guide dog, Nabu. Tanja is a recent graduate of University of Massachusetts Boston with a Masters in Vision Rehab Therapy. Tanja enjoy going to the movies, visiting new restaurants, and going on adventures with her supportive friends and their respective dogs. At work, Tanja produces braille for many different clients; at home, she enjoys recording voice-overs!

Tanja feels that her purpose is to voice act and looks forward to the escape every time she sits behind the microphone. She considers the audio drama community family and feels it’s an honor (but a well-deserved one, in our opinion) to be included in such an amazing, talented, and thriving group! Tanja loves listening to podcasts while commuting, and she also owns a huge collection of audio dramas, audio books, audio-described films, and random recordings from her life. Her favorite weird film is “In a World!”, which she describes as empowering, well-done, and hilarious.

Julia is a cheesemonger by day and podcaster by night. She holds dual degrees in history and religious studies. Want to hear her have a few drinks and talk about mythology and folklore? She is also the co-host and producer of Spirits Podcast. Listeners may also know her from her cameos on Small Town Horror, Subject: Found, and Our Fair City. Julia thinks it’s delightfully weird that that the Greek god Hades, Lord of the Underworld, couldn’t come up with a better name for his guard dog than Cerberus, which literally translates to ‘Spot’.

James Brunt

James is an actor who loves to dance to the sound of his own heartbeat (or, sometimes, dancing in the rain so hard people stop to watch him). He also loves creating any form of art whenever he possibly can! Listeners may recognize him as “Brandon” from Lake Clarity. In his spare time, James likes to make his voice deep like Mufasa’s and make people believe that’s his real voice.

Kristen is an NYC-based voice-over artist and freelancer who is a real person whose online presence is not a product of a very thorough AI that wants nothing more than to JUST BE A QUIRKY HUMAN LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. 

Listeners probably recognize the totally-not-a-computer Kristen as “Dr. Sally Grissom” in Ars Paradoxica, A “Featured Voice” on WNYC’s Studio 360 with Kurt Andersen, “Dr. Simmons” in Station to Station, and “Gardener” in Archive 81. Brad C. Wilcox

Brad is an audiobook narrator, actor, author, swordfighter, fencing coach, and the real life husband of Dr. Bright. Listeners may know him from Kin of Kings (book series narrator), Anamnesis, JesusCat (or How I Accidentally Joined a Cult), Exitus Roma, Duel of Destiny, Mastermind, and more. Brad enjoys marmite. Rick Zieff

Rick Zieff has been immersed in the entertainment industry for more than 25 years, during which he has produced, directed, cast, written, and acted. Rick’s experience spans all media—film, television, radio, and the internet.

He voices roles on Clarence, We Bare Bears, Bunnicula, Space Racers, Yo-Kai Watch, Olivia, The Legend of Korra, and is starting his fourth season as “Spike the dog” on The Tom and Jerry Show from Warner Brothers, for which he was nominated for a 2017 Emmy® Award. Other projects include Otomo’s masterpiece Steamboy, where Rick received critical acclaim for his voice direction. Rick has also directed (and starred in) Cartoon Network’s Gundam, as well as voice-directing and starring in the Nickelodeon animated series Get Blake. Of particular note is his casting of The ChubbChubbs!, winner of an Oscar® for Best Animated Short Film.

Amy is a Los Angeles-based voice-over artist and actress. Since starting out in musical theater, Amy has appeared on stage and screen and eventually made her way to voice acting.  She has a bachelors degree in theater performance and has studied voice-over technique with Rick Zieff and on-camera technique with Karen Storms.

 

Some of Amy’s voice-over clients have included: Build-A-Bear Workshop, Disney, Red Bull, Moose Entertainment and Great Wolf Lodge. Amy enjoys narwhals and funassyi.

Jessica has been mesmerizing audiences since she was a child. A Memphis, TN native, she grew up loving all things performing arts. She has graced the stages of the Memphis Orpheus Theatre, Playhouse on the Square, Longwood Players, Open Theatre Productions, and many more.

She has performed in a wide range of productions, on- and off-stage, including Umoja, Young Souls Cry, Bates College Modern Dance Company, one-woman show “Who Will Sing For Lena”, and SANKOFA. Listeners may recognize her voice from Greater Boston. Jessica loves waving at people she doesn’t know to see their reactions.

Marcus Waterman

Marcus is thrilled to be a part of WTF. He makes his home in Colorado, where he has been a member of the professional theatre community (since before the legalization of marijuana, if you were curious). His stage credits range from Off-Broadway to Regional Theatre.A lifelong fan of audio drama, he has been inspired by the likes of Orson Wells Mercury Theatre, The ZBS Foundation, Firesign Theatre, and even Cheech and Chong.  He owns and operates his voice-over business, Marcus Waterman Vox. His life motto is, “If it’s not a paradox, it’s probably not true.”

Blair Dawson

Originally from Central New York, Blair fled the cold and snow of Syracuse for the warm sunny skies of LA. In typical LA fashion, she is now an actress and Pilates instructor.

You can hear Blair in other podcasts, such as Greater Boston and Mars 2060. She has also worked on numerous films and stage productions.

Blair has an identical twin sister 3000 miles away, but they still manage to buy the exact same clothes and, on more than one occasion, send the same birthday card to each other in the same year. While Blair and her sister find this amusing, some family and friends have called it “creepy.”

Jamie is the writer and producer of My Boyfriend’s Girlfriend (musical) for the Edmonton Fringe Festival 2016. They are also the voice of “Brian Jeeter” in The Strange Case of Starship Iris. In their spare time, they like interpreting the Matrix as a trans allegory.

Alexander Danner

 Alexander is co-writer and co-producer of the serial audio drama Greater Boston. He has performed in various audio dramas: playing Majmin in season 2 of Radiation World, guest-starring in The Infinite Now halloween special “The Martian Thirst Trap” as well as the episode “Whiskey Barrels,” and playing Allan and Boxing Announcer in episode 72 of Pendant Studios’ Seminar. Alexander has had many other background and cameo appearances.

He also writes comics and co-authored the textbooks “Comics, a Global History, 1962 to the Present” and “Character Design fro Graphic Novels.”

Richard Penner (aka Timescanner) is a writer, actor, multimedia artist, and the creator of The Infinite Now, a podcast from just outside time. Originally from NY, Rob received his BFA from SUNY Purchase Acting Conservatory. Shortly after he moved to LA in 2005, he changed his focus from being a performer to being a health coach. Rob has coached and helped thousands of people create healthier lifestyles through is health and wellness show, The Open Sky Fitness Podcast. Once a performer, always a performer. Rob loves being in front of the mic and having a good time, so hosting his own podcast was a natural fit.

 Jake Song is a cryptid native to the South Florida region. He can be found all over the state, but most sightings put him in the Gainesville area. From what information we can gather, it seems that he loves video games (especially the still-unreleased Kingdom Hearts 3) and has a penchant for audio dramas. How he can be interested in these things, however, is a mystery, as WiFi is spotty at best in the woods.

Listeners may recognize Jake as the creator/writer/editor of Misadventure by Death, a co-writer and voice actor for Jim Robbie and the Wanderers, and a voice actor on Space Log and other podcasts.

Justin started voice acting in 2015 and produces a sci-fi audio drama called Nova Dark. He currently lives in California with his wife and son. He loves all kinds of foods, even blood pudding, yet can’t stand brownies.

 Sarah essentially just wants to act! She has been doing audio drama since 2014 and is enjoying being co-host of The Audio Drama Production Podcast—Check it out! It’s a great resource for novice and pro AD podcast makers. She writes, acts, and directs community theatre, did a short stint in the trainee director’s programme at The King’s Head in London, and sometime teaches or pretends to be a kids’ drama teacher in secondary school. His work has been published in the online magazines Paper Crown and Open Thought Vortex, and it has been featured in the Upper Rubber Boot anthology Sunvault: Stories of Solarpunk and Eco-Speculation.

Jack is also a scriptwriter, assistant producer, and voice actor for Crossroad Stations, where he works on their award-winning audio drama podcast, Jim Robbie and the Wanderers. Jack also lends his voice to two of their other AD podcasts, Misadventure by Death and Otherverse. Jack enjoys bees, robots, the 2009 animated film “9,” and modernist poetry.

Michael has completed various corporate voice-overs, most notably as the former on-air meteorologist at KXAS-TV. He once sang at Carnegie Hall.
